Have a peak at Paul’s rehearsal for his Feb. 13, 1993 performance on Saturday Night Live. On the show Paul performed Get Out Of My Way, Biker Like An Icon (both to support his new Off The Ground album that had just been released), along with The Beatles classic Hey Jude. He also had a hilarious interview by the late, great Chris Farley. This is Paul’s pre-show rehearsal of Get Out Of My Way.

This sounds great. I once asked you to post the live performance on MOG and, as much as I appreciated it, it didn’t live up to the memory in my head. This does!
Ha! And this was the rehearsal! The other wasn’t.
Hamish Stewart is a great guitarist.
Yeah, Hamish is good. And more recently he’s played with Ringo and the All-Starrs.
Most impressed with Paul’s great bass playing. I watched the SNL this was prepared for in a hotel in Tijuana on Valetine’s Day. I rarely spend the night in a foreign country so it stands out for me. I remember that evening clearly, and watching Paul was at the top of my list.
Hammish is a great guitarist, but isn’t Robbie McIntosh playing the solo?
Yep….indeed he is.
