I agree, there are always exceptions, eg the United Kingdom.
I blame it on journalists and news services (media in general).
You’d think with all their education they’d know better, but, I guess they don’t.

On a more relevant topic, this place is just tops.
You do a terrific job Happy Nat. Very commendable.

I have also only recently learned about the displeasure that Ukrainians feel from the The in their name. I always figured it was appropriate as we have The Hague and The Netherlands, and a few other The places. I am always cautious when asked to refer to things a particular way.

Can’t wait to get home tonight to watch this video.

I know this is going to sound silly, but could you please edit your text in the second sentence by dropping the word ‘the’ from “… was THE Ukraine’s biggest ever.”
It’s akin to saying “… the Uganda” or “… the Uruguay”, and to a Ukrainian, it’s like dragging your nails down a blackboard.
I told you it was going to sound silly, but you would win the admiration and respect from all of us Ukrainians out there.

Thanks, Mark. These semi-obscure tracks from well-known LPs maintain their freshness over time. I only bought Band On the Run within the last decade, and the tracks I enjoy the most are the ones like this.
