Beatles Rarity Of The Week – Helter Skelter (Take 2 unedited)

Posted by on September 28, 2007 at 1:24 pm.

TGIF everyone. Featured here is an early take of “Helter Skelter” recorded on July 18, 1968 which was a couple months before the version heard on the White Album. This recording appeared on The Beatles Anthology 3 CD set but it was edited down to 4 and a half minutes there. Presented here is the full 12 minute account of “Helter Skelter” take 2. For more details about this track see the CD booklet included with Beatles Anthology 3.
